If they had those 2 and were a great team like they likely would have been he would have been getting some more love

He is highly respected over here in Laker land. Portland, especially Aldridge always gives L.A. fits. A guy who is constantly overlooked for all he does for the Trailblazers. Thank goodness Portland passed on Durant, they would be ridiculous right now...

The Blazer GM's have made some pretty poor decisions which handcuffed the team (along with the extremely bad luck with injuries)
Marcus Camby C 37 6-11 235 Massachusetts $11,227,250
Raymond Felton PG 27 6-1 205 North Carolina $7,560,000
*Joel Przybilla C 32 7-1 245 Minnesota $7,725,470 (although another source has his salary at $654,281 so idk.)
They also have palletable, but not great contracts from Matthews and Wallace.
Since Portland is somewhere around .500, they probably won't try to improve the team. Trade Aldridge to Chicago just so Miami won't take it this year.

yea it seems like the top 3-4 every draft are the clear best players then the rest of the lottery is usually filled with athletic big men they hope turn into good players eventually. Never makes sense.

I didn't even know he was fired. Who is this Chad Buchanan guy? I guess there is no real point in having a GM worth a damn in Portland as long as Allen remains owner... The turnover is almost as bad as Japanese Prime Ministers...
