This is how I feel about all of this. If a black guy was in a community watch program and saw a white kid walking around his neighborhood (something he's not used to seeing) and approached the white kid, fight ensues, and black guy kills white kid.
Would we still be talking about this? Would anyone even consider defending the black guy who, despite his motives and whatever your opinion of them may be, murdered an innocent child? Absolutely not. He'd be arrested immediately and people wouldn't think twice about it.
America, racism is still alive and well.

Since Zimmerman did nothing illegal, then no. He had a permit for his gun and it is not against the law to confront and question someone in a public place. I would have probably jacked him in the face too, but if I ended uo killing the man then I would definitely go to jail. Really stupid question OP

Maybe. But it's not reasonable to resort to killing someone before they have even acted. If he was waving his gun around threatening to kill TM, then yes, he would have a point. But a neighborhood watch guard with a concealed weapons permit questioning a kid in a public place does not give TM any reason at all to even attack him let alone kill him. I mean, I can't believe this has to be said.

If Trayvon had killed Zimmerman, should he be arrested?
