I'd like to replace the NBA and NHL with two other football leagues.
I actually like lacrosse. I don't watch it that much but I think it is a sport I would have loved to play if it was popular when I was younger.

High ratings = a healthier league
The NBA fixed a lot of the problems they were having. The previous CBA had been a disaster and veteran salaries were out of hand. The league will be pretty healthy going forward because they have an array of young, marketable stars. To me, the NBA is extremely competitive and compelling because stars are all on teams together and in big markets.

So a few big markets get more money and better players yet the rest of the league goes bankrupt cause they have no stars and no chance to win

I quit watching regularly after Jordan retired (The Second Time).
I only tune in now during the play-offs and that's only if the Heat are playing.
