Are you willing to make a lateral move, to work for a man you don't know at all...vs staying at a place with the same job title, working with coaches and players you've spent a year with?
He can use this to get more $$ from USC, while getting on the job training in a rich recruiting area, plus he can enjoy his family and walk down the street without being hounded by crazy fans, lol.

Oh, I think he wears the pants alright, but he understands that the life of a coach's wife is not easy. I would bet a fortune that if the Vols offered a OC or HC job, Tee and his wife would be out of L.A. in seconds, and never look back. He may not love L.A. as much as wifey, but he's said all along that he loves it..and was pleasantly surprised.
Two of our posters on FightOn, who are heavy into the music business, said the same thing - (before we knew he was staying)...a singer can live anywhere, and record in any studio across the country. Nashville is closer, and it has a great blues and R&B scene.
The time, and offer, just wasn't right.
LA is pretty cool....
