The play ND converted against UA in the 73' Sugar Bowl
Edit: More detail- It was a long 3rd down late in the game which would have given UA the ball back about midfield and the Irish had a 1 point lead.

Nothing for the NFL - I'm a NY Giants fan..
MLB: 2001 World Series, Mariano throws away the double play ball in game 7 against the diamondbacks.
2004 ALCS, games 4 or 5 against the bosox, any change in the late innings would have won the series for us.

1. Peter Warrick doesn't own us in the 99 NCG and MV7 wins it for us.
2.Ernest Wilford catches the 2 pt conversion and we beat #1 Miami to go to NCG
3.. Matt Ryan doesn't complete his hail mary in Thursday night game 07 and we go to NCG

Onside kick against LSU this season. If we get another bounce and recover it, we have a decent shot to win it.
Kind of a reach, I know, but if we somehow beat LSU then we are at 11-1 and possibly could have played in the SECCG depending on the tiebreakers.

Easily 2006 OSU. Shawn Crable's hit to the head. Would've won that game if he didn't commit that penalty.
Other plays of note would be last year's last play against Iowa, as we would have gone to the Big Ten Championship Game if we scored. Also every time we ran the ball straight up the middle this year against OSU.
