OC- Lane Kiffin: Love his pro-style offense and his gift for playcalling. Sure, anyone can look good with Matt Barkley, but he looked pretty good for a season at Tennessee, when he had no where near the talent on offense.
DC- Nick Saban: Outstanding history of great defenses. Love the 3-4 and he is wonderful at gameplanning against an offense.
STC- Urban Meyer: Even has a HC, he has always taken over special teams. He is extremely aggressive and gets top players to understand the importance of playing that role. His special team units at Florida were as good as anyone has ever seen.

I'd take Gran over Beamer too, our ST's will be much better than VT next year and arguably was this past year
Beamer has stats sure but he has been coaching forever and the most over-rated thing about him is his ST coaching
His ST's have cost him more games than its won for him
