Sorry to hear man.
Myself, being a 19 year old still living at home was put into this situation as a teen. Last year around Christmas time my mom approached my sister and I and said she wanted to separate with my dad. It was a very difficult Holiday and there really wasn't no joy...

Well, congrats if it's truly mutual. That means you both want out. In the long term, your life and your kids will be better for it.
Financially, it will probaby be ugly for you. Most guys get hit pretty hard on divorces. Emotionally, it may hurt your kids and just be sure they don't blame themselves for your mutual decision. Take some time to enjoy being a bachelor again. Most guys run directly into a new relationship (that usually is disasterous). Protect yourself (physically, financially, etc) and take some time off to reassess where you are headed.
Best of luck to you and your future. Most importantly, be there for your kids.

I'm getting a divorce for Christmas.
