Well, people with big noses tend to hit them on things more and they are top heavy so they fall over all the time. So we should restrict the hiring of people with big noses.

Oddly enough, people with large noses often do have recurring nasal issues and sinus problems and extreme headaches that can lead to calling in sick and higher insurance costs for hospital visits, much like fatties are always having to call in sick and visiting the doctor also.

I mean, how long have American doctors been doing nose jobs for now, about a thousand years? It's no big deal to have your nose done and therefore be more productive for whatever company you may be employed by.

Weight is an issue that a person has complete control over.

People have control over all aspects of their appearance in our time period. It's a fallacy to argue that because you were born that way that you can't change for the better.

Just as fatties can be forced by others to conform to their viewpoints and modify their physical apperance in order to satisfy someone else's desires, so can other people be forced to do the same.

I look forward to a day when the employee I hire will phycically fit my ideal of what a model employee should look like or they can find another job or fix themselves to satisfy my sensibilities.

You are making your own lines in the sand as to how far you can force someone to become what you desire in order to earn money and make a living.

Trust me, other people will have their own lines and they will not be identical to yours and they will have just as much right to demand their employees modify their appearance in any fashion they wish just as you seem to think you have.

Once we have made it to this point, the actual physical action taken to change a person is just a mere formality with the end result of the modifications being the most important goal, not how one gets there.

I have high self esteem and my opinion of myself is strong. I have clarified that my ideas are not that fat people should be persecuted because they are less than human, I said they need to be persecuted because in doing that the lie that they are "just like that" will evaporate, they'll eat right and exercise and be delivered of the oppression which is obesity.
