For now, the NFL continues to lock out the full-time officials and will move forward with their replacements. According to the Los Angeles Times' Sam Farmar, when the Packers face the Chargers Thursday, Shannon Eastin will make history as the first woman to be part of an NFL officiating crew.

What other multi billionaire entity would use bargain basement officials. If I was the refs I'd wait till first week of season then wait for the controversial calls to happen.

Goodness Goddell sucks, I'm not saying this bc of the woman ref just now the Refs are in a strike.. We just had a lockout with the players last season.. This bounty crap, the kickoff moved up. The barely touch a qb penalty. Can't really hit hard.
The man is single handily ruining this great game and it's sad.
