Michigan rarely gets sacked. Devin Gardner and Denard Robinson were sacked for a combined 12 times the whole season. Clowney will not just wreck havoc like you believe.

Might also have something to do with the competition you faced. I believe you would be in the minority in regards to your thoughts on this game. But it is what it is.

You expect us to fumble 3 times in our own territory? UF had 21 points off 29 offensive yards. I don't expect that to happen in Tampa.

Statistically speaking UF and Michigan aren't that much different on defense, but Michigan has a better offense, which is much improved since Devin Gardner has taken over.

Michigan had a higher strength of schedule than South Carolina, and that's with the SEC bias.

Also, top 10 teams because they are in the SEC.

The chart is listed by home advantage, strength of schedule is under the column schedule rank and in the () is where the rankings are. SCAR is at 36 and Michigan at 34.

Dude..just stop. You're not going to sell anyone on Michigan playing a tougher schedule. Did you play three top 10 teams three straight weeks? Two of those being on the road back to back?

Oh, and Michigan played the top 3 teams in the nation and the #16 team in the nation. All on the road or at a neutral site.

Cooter Jones hasn't been questioned about his coaching. Just about everyone thinks that he can coach good enough to win in the SEC. It's his recruiting that is being questioned. I guess we'll have to wait and see about that. His classes were better than Kelly's classes when he was at Cincy though. Just throwin that out there.

He had the worst facilities in a conference of misfits and a shoestring budget.

He has won the battle of a couple kids over better options that weren't from Ohio. He is a good talent evaluator and developer. This is the first chance where he will actually have a *name school* and facilities to aid in recruiting.

UGA at home, LSU on the road, UF on the road, Clemson on the road. All the top 10 opponents are in the top 10 now. Clemson was if not borderline when we played them. We beat them with our backup QB and RB.

And by the way..most of those opponents listed would beat ND and definitely beat tOSU. The Big 10 was garbage this year, and even you cannot deny that.

Notre Dame on the road at night, OSU on the road, Nebraska on the road at night with Michigan's starting QB going down, and Alabama in Dallas. All top 25 teams, 3 of which are the top 3 in the nation (OSU would be #3, possibly #2 in the BCS rankings if they were eligible).

Listing Nebraska...out. roflmao And spare me tOSU..most teams would be undefeated with that schedule. I'm sorry, but the Big 10 gets zero respect from me this year.

Michigan played ND (1), Bama (2), OSU (3), NW (21) and Neb (23)
USCe played Florida (4), Georgia (6), LSU (9) and Clemson (14)

Clearly, Michigan had the tougher schedule.

haha most of those opponents would not beat Notre Dame. Maybe OSU, but they always seemed to find a way to win this year. The only SEC team that could beat Notre Dame is Alabama and we'll see the result of that next month.

That's cool. Those top ten teams you listed probably wouldn't be top ten if they weren't rated it at the beginning of the season.

This is how we can tell that the Big 10 is garbage. NW is ranked, and so is Nebraska. How many points did Nebraska give up to Wisconsin again? Big 10 rankings are akin to ACC rankings. Clemson and FSU have been exposed, as will every other Big 10 school after bowl season. You'll be able to prove me wrong to since the SEC matches up with a lot of them.
