Indefinite Suspension

  • Saban is a Snake flat out.

    If you are an elite coach, you are elite from the start. Like Meyer. who had excellent seasons at BG, Utah, and Fla.

    Saban at MSU had multiple seasons barely over .500. He went 9-3 one year and got a call from Bama. Goes there then all of a sudden becomes elite.

    Not so fast..............

    The worst thing he did was key a car and get drunk. 5 was a little much though, we should have cut him at 3. Either way, he wasn't robbing people....just being an idiot.

    Robbie Green is the first to come to my mind. Got busted for marijuana, was suspended for a year, was going to get a second chance, got caught again, out.

    None of these four players will be on the team for much longer. I'm not sure what the reason for "indefinitely suspending" them is other than maybe wanting to sit down with the kids and kick them off the team before announcing it to the media, but trust me, they gone.

    Someone mentioned it may be a legal issue, that they can only be "suspended" until they're declared guilty (which they will be) at which point the AD has the right to break the contract of the scholarship.

    I'm not saying that he didn't or not. All I'm saying is that he wasn't charged with a crime, therefore he cannot be guilty, but I am a Steelers fan and Big Ben didn't do what was said he did....

    You are missing about a decade of his career between MSU and Bama. I'm pretty sure that he took over a sorry MSU program and improved them every season before going to LSU.

    That would make sense. I'm not to worried about it. I think Williams and Pettway would have been awesome players but they have to go. I mean they were riding around in a car, jumping out of it, beating the hell out of students and stealing their backpacks and wallets.

    These kids won't ever even see the football locker room again much less the practice field or game field.

    Yes, you can turn anything a PSU poster says into a PSU joke. It's not that hard for any person over 6 years old with a brain. Most people don't need to do it though for some self-validation.

    1. I didn't draw blood, I stated what I think about when I hear "indefinite suspension." Sorry that the phrase triggers something in my head, I will try to stop that.

    3. I did not do anything to break board rules, so I am not sure why it makes a difference whether I am a mod?
