  • Your an idiot. How did you get from man to children? I never said I'd like it to happen but I believe people who murder someone in cold blood, whether man, child or woman deserves the chair. It sucks he was executed and it never should have happened. But one man accidentally executed doesn't mean the death penalty should be abolished. Thats like saying all medicines should be done away with because they caused someones death. How about we destroy all peanuts because someone died because of an allergic reaction.

    I have lost close family, friends or whatever many times over and barely any of it makes sense to me

    People die, call it innocent or whatever but I truly believe when your number is called its called and there are many ways to leave this planet

    No reason to get pissed off over it, you grieve and move the fuck on

    and certainly there is no reason to get all bent out of shape over a few " innocent of that crime " deaths, the death penalty works most of the time and has killed lots of shit heads that we no longer have to pay to keep alive

  • I think this whole innocent is being blown out of context as little bit in this discussion. The cops don’t just bust through someone’s doors and put them in jail and execute them without a trial. There is evidence, a trial, jurors of our peers……They probably have a good reason to make this person go through this process. Do some “innocent” person get wrongfully convicted and executed? Yeah, sure it happens. Show me where a perfect game happens 24/7/365.

    This is pure ignorance. It costs WAY more to put someone to death than it does to keep them alive. The death penalty is the easy way out. If we keep someone alive they have to sit in prison and actually suffer for their crime for years, whereas if we put someone to death the suffering is over much quicker.
