    Yeah but who really cares ? not many that is for sure, sure innocents die but is it really better to just lock them up ? you act like taking away the death penalty is such a great idea but really it doesn't accomplish anything, innocents will still be tried and convicted

    Just makes prisons more crowded and dangerous for the poor people that work there, or are locked up unjustifiably

Those countries pretty much already know the verdict before the trial starts and in some cases they don't even get a trial. When you actually get a clue, which I doubt will ever happen, then come back to the big boy table.

    Also, there has never been any racial prejudice in the American court system. Nope, never happened. States like Texas make it very fair and always have been!

  • Uh…European cops will BEAT the “innocent/guilty” right there at the scene….When I lived in Italy they could shoot at your car if you didn’t pull over when they wanted you to, even if you did absolutely nothing wrong.

It is and will always be a necessary evil besides play pretend (God forbid) someone close to you was brutally murdered over stupid shit, would you not be for the death penalty then? Would you want justice for your wife, daughter or son? Vengeance is human nature and you just do not know how strong it is until it happens to you. I have my opinion as we all do but I am glad most of these correctly convicted to the death penalty have NO chance to destroy others lives.
