Zimmerman is going to walk (as he should based On Florida law) because he was charged with something the DA knows wont hold up. That's why he was charged with second degree murder. Lol. Now that was political. This has become a "We've got to charge him with something" case and they did. 2nd degree murder. No chance of conviction but looks like they tried. Bravo.

Professor Alan Dershowitz of Harvard Law School stated upon release of the arrest affidavit that it was “so thin that it won’t make it past a judge on a second degree murder charge … everything in the affidavit is completely consistent with a defense of self-defense.”

It is a double standard in our justice system. Yes I know OJ got off, but he is one of the only person that was not white that I can think of who got off. The minuet a black person does something like this they are tooken to jail and are prosecuted while this fvcker who should have just listen to the dispatcher will likely get off.

Nobody should stand trial due to public outrage. Evidence yes, but not public outrage or political pressures. I hope if I ever get in trouble that the constitution works better for me than "the guilty man Zimmerman." Last time I checked it was innocent until proven guilty.
