    Zimmerman is going to walk (as he should based On Florida law) because he was charged with something the DA knows wont hold up. That's why he was charged with second degree murder. Lol. Now that was political. This has become a "We've got to charge him with something" case and they did. 2nd degree murder. No chance of conviction but looks like they tried. Bravo.

    They have already said that the case won't even go to trial. It is a clear cut case of self defense and the prosecution has also botched it on their end.

    Other guy called him mexican, he is not mexican. Spanish speaking does not necessarily mean mexican. Hes white on one side and "hispanic" on the other.

    The article you posted says this " Hispanic people can be black, white, Asian or mixed".... So a guy can be totally white/black and still be hispanic. Technically, european pau gasol is hispanic. Papi ortiz is black as night but hes hispanic.

    So a person could be 100% white and still be hispanic.

  • It is a double standard in our justice system. Yes I know OJ got off, but he is one of the only person that was not white that I can think of who got off. The minuet a black person does something like this they are tooken to jail and are prosecuted while this fvcker who should have just listen to the dispatcher will likely get off.

    I wouldn't say "nothing".

    They know he pursued Trayvon even after being told to stop by 911 dispatcher. They know that Zimmerman initiated the altercation and they know Trayvon wasn't armed while Zimmerman was.

    Those are really the only things that we "know". How far away was the body from his car? Haven't heard the detectives answer that one yet. How far away was Zimmerman when the bullet entered Trayvon? I know they were testing that, but haven't heard anything.

    Nobody should stand trial due to public outrage. Evidence yes, but not public outrage or political pressures. I hope if I ever get in trouble that the constitution works better for me than "the guilty man Zimmerman." Last time I checked it was innocent until proven guilty.

    Isnt it also a matter of right and wrong? Isnt that what the justice system is there for, to figure that stuff out? If the local authorities were not doing their job, (Which they were not in this case.) it sometimes takes the media and public outrage to get things moving.

    So you think that because he had initially gotten away with everything, that Zimmerman should just go free? Shouldnt we get this into the court system, where we can find out everything that happened?
