Is Arkansas a better job than Nebraska?

    This is true -- Arkansas mostly gets their three-star recruits with few other offers locally, where as Nebraska will go coast to coast for their three star recruits with few other offers.

    Yep. Coaches can win, but some jobs are just creme of the crop. Texas, UF, USC, Notre Dame, Alabama, Michigan, and Ohio St are THE best jobs in the biz.

    There are VERY few reasons why, with a good coach, these teams shouldnt consistently win (infractions, injuries, etc).

    Second Tier - FSU,,, LSU, Tennessee, Auburn, Oklahoma, Penn State, Nebraska, Clemson, TAMU, UCLa

    I'd say it's still definitely a top 15 job. You can easily say Nebraska has one of the best overall fan bases out there which definitely helps in the sell of the program.

    Arkansas has the benefit of being in the SEC but that's about it. I don't see that even being a top 20 job.

    Nebraska still is a great job and I don't mean this in a slight at all, but I just think it is too hard to recruit there to be with the big boys. Arkansas is not the job Nebraska is, but it can be easier to recruit there because of location.

    Things may change with Nebraska in the B1G, but I am one that thinks that was the big mistake as far as changing conferences went. It seemed great at the time, but if Nebraska could have stayed in the Big12 and the conference still could have lost Colorado, aTm, and Missouri, that would be ideal.

    Nebraska's biggest beed was that they had gotten left out of the Big12 for the most part. Being able to play every team and have a bigger platform in texas by playing Texas, OU, TT, Baylor, and maybe now even TCU (assuming WVU wouldn't have been added) would have been the ideal situation for them, IMO.

    They were the big program that had to give up a lot when the Big12 formed while Texas and OU got even stronger.
