OU isn't impressive. Landry seems to have regressed each year.
ND's defense looks good, but you can't tell much b/c landry looks rough.
Besides these issues, I do not recall a team every being as "lucky" as ND. Looks like now, they are a shoe-in for BCS bowl (assuming they beat OU tonight).
Is ND as good as ranking or is OU that bad?

One of the keys to beating OU is to get pressure on Landry, specifically straight up the middle. Everyone knows he's not that mobile and he's not accurate on the run.
Landry hasn't been terrible tonight, but he hasn't been his usual self where if he can stand in the pocket with time, he can pick you apart.
I think more of it has to do that ND has limited OUs big plays and kept the WR and RBs in front of them on passes. They've been able to contain the running game pretty well too.

ND is as "legit" as any other team in the nation, sans maybe Bama. Name a team with better wins that @MSU, Vs. Mich, Miami, Stanford, and now @OU.
This..."who have they beaten" is becoming comical
ND just wiped the floor with a team that the soon to be #2 team in the country beat by 5
