And about Elam:
He was a Gator, but towards the end he realize he had a better opportunity at FSU and he was only into UF because he wanted to play for Urban, and then Urban lied his face off about coming back and staying to coach him then quit within a year of telling Elam he'd be there to coach him.
If Elam knew Meyer wasn't going to be at UF he would have gone to FSU.

Goes with the territory man. Fans are going to support their coaches. Just the way it goes.

Especially after the ass-whooping he gave them in the BCS title game in 2006 and after he basically stole Shariff Floyd from them by telling Sharrif he had a dream that GOD, yes GOD, told him he had to coach Shariff in college, and that Urbs would rather DIE, yes, DIE coaching Sharrif than stop coaching college football. OSU fans RIPPED him to shreds after that fiasco.
Now they suck him off at EVERY opportunity they get.
