actually it's not funny. I have told this woman countless times to make my rice moist. TONIGHT, I walk inside after posting and the rice is burning and I still have to cook the green peppers/onions/sausage for 10 minutes. I had to add a 1/2 gallon of water to the rice, take it off the burner and send her to her room. It was NOT funny and the fact that she is writing me an apology note as I type speaks to the magnitude of the problem.
