I've seen distilleries like that and it's legit equipment that they are using. I don't know how they get away with it, and have thought about it myself, or even when they began filming that series. For all we know the dude has gone legit or gone to jail and they just have a few years of film before they began airing it. I personally don't think that show is fake whatsoever. If you think that old timer was fvcking around, the one that died last season, and fake then I don't know what to tell you.
