The blame for where they are as a program just shifts and flows between people based on a few group leaders. Right now the entire city wants to burn Dave Hart at the stake. A month ago it was Dooley and before that it was Kiffin and before that ~7 years of Fulmer and the previous AD.
It is simply facing the same issues a program, in better hands, like Nebraska is facing. In the age of internet recruiting they cant find nearly as many sleepers in near by battle ground states and they cant keep anyone a secret thats close by. The recruiting cant come before the winning because of this and the winning cant come without the recruiting.
But still, good grief they are foaming at the mouth up here.
