I've found the best BBQ pork ribs on Earth

Ive had ribs from all sorts of places between South Carolina and California. The absolutely best rib joint is a small hole in the wall in Atlanta. It's name is Fatt Matt's. Simply the best pork ribs I've ever had. That is all.

There is a place out here in LA called Grandpas... he cooks em in his big smoker out back..,, I could stand in this thing.. perty damn good.

Never heard of that place. I'm planning on going on a BBq vacation soon. I shat you not. Gonna Round up several places I have yet to have and fly to each city everyday, rent a car and eat ribs. Me and my best bud from highschool always wanted to do that and we're gonna make it happen. Probably during te summer so we can do some ballparks for baseball games as well.

One of my friends went to Birmingham Sounthern and he and a few of his frat brothers did a school project and toured the southeast to find the best BBQ and they did a video presentation on it and everything...lol they even made the news

If you ever get down to Columbus, GA, try Chester's bar-b-que. It's legit, I'm not a rib guy, but my buddy's love them. I get down with the poke sammiches. I know they've won a bunch of awards and stuff and have have some celebs come in to eat the ribs.

They are not boiled. They smoke for 2 days at a low temp. You know not what you speak.
