Foreshadowing his time in Tuscaloosa with that thread title?
Seriously though, looks like a good pickup. Literally will be a man among boys, which will probably give him an advantage of some sort. Plus playing professional sports already will likely mean he will have established a great work ethic as well.

He was a big time recruit back in 03' but he played pro baseball instead. Now that he is done with the Orioles, they are going to pay for him to go to college. Said college is Bama and he will be counted as a walk on. He's 28 and 6'3" 220, in the best shape of his life, and has been working out with a professional trainer for 8 years. we return the entire WR corp in tact , just added a talented walk-on, will ink 3 true freshmen on NSD, while D.White(starter),Kenny Bell, and Chris Black rejoin the mix 100% healthy.
i doubt we'll need a walk-on to be an instant All-American.
