just dont think they will ever pull the players that Ga , USC and FL can - The state of Tn sux as far as talent and just too hard to pull the great 4 and 5 star players out of states like GA and FL to make a run ; IF they somehow got a Luck or a RG111 to play QB they might have a chance but wow it would be difficult in my mind

Won't happen because he's not staying at Vandy that long. He's at the top of my list should BK fail miserably in 2013. This allows him to gain more experience and develop strong relationships in SEC country. Dude is killing it on the recruiting trail.

As much as I would absolutely love to see Vanderbilt represent the SEC East in Atlanta, no way does it happen...
That would be awesome if they did...
I'm looking to possibly apply to grad school there in a year or two.

He would never get to Atlanta. He's a good coach, but he's not so good that he can overcome being at Vanderbilt.

I may be in the minority here but the mam can coach and recruit.
He would never have a chance in the West though.
All this said, he will get a way better gig in a few years, IMO.
Actually, Arky should go after him HARD.

He's more hype than coach IMO. Dude is gonna go Woody Hayes and tackle a player from the sideline before he has a chance to really prove his worth as a coach.

I could see him winning the East once. Nashville is a place people want to go and already has a strong talent base. Do I see them competing for the SEC title regularly, no, but even the Cubs win the division every once in a while

Yeah but talk TP the staff.
They'll tell u Vandy will have a good class this year and a lot of prospects looking at Vandy that normally wouldn't.
I realize it's a logshot for them to ever win the East but I guess I'm higher on Franklin then most.
