    It's science? So take off the Garnett glasses for a sec, do you think a 3 strike felony policy is right? Seems very "Urban" like, no?

    First, as I admitted earlier, I do not know how all of the 3 strike thing works.

    Second, if it is de facto 3 felonies, then I do not think it is right. But, given FSU is a state school (and not private like Miami), FSU may have to follow policies and procedures that other schools(I.e. private schools) may be more/less strict on. Again, I really can't say.

    Regardless, this case isn't a felony. It is basically a traffic violation similar to a speeding ticket. I am sure JWJ is not the first person in CFB getting charged with failure to appear.

    Understand it's not a felony, the 3 strike felony thing just seemed odd to me. I don't think he should get kicked off and I doubt he will unless he has a list of behind the scenes infractions(violation of team rules, etc) and the list is adding up.

    FSU university has a "3-strike" policy for drug testing and drug related charges. People are confusing this as a "Jimbo Fisher arrest policy"

    I seriously doubt JWJR gets kicked off the team for failing to pay a ticket, and then failing to show up to court for that ticket. Kids an idiot, but most of people in Leon County Jail are there for stupid stuff like this.

    panic I throw up the white flag. We will have to surrender our annual Off Season Champs title. We will finish 9-15 in recruiting, lost 5 coaches, and maybe JWJ kicked off the team for this latest arrest. Who knows shrug but Im ready for 2014 to get here because this year is already starting off on a bad note for the Noles. Who should be offseason champs this year? Auburn is making a strong case. We all know they wont do dick next year.

    Everyone knows that the offseason Nat'l Title goes through Auburn every year. They have the coaching carousel, the delusional fanbase, and a ruthless big brother that all can't be matched. They also have a tradition like no other when it comes to off season gloating. So, nice try Nole, but better luck next year (you are going to need it).
