Second, if it is de facto 3 felonies, then I do not think it is right. But, given FSU is a state school (and not private like Miami), FSU may have to follow policies and procedures that other schools(I.e. private schools) may be more/less strict on. Again, I really can't say.
Regardless, this case isn't a felony. It is basically a traffic violation similar to a speeding ticket. I am sure JWJ is not the first person in CFB getting charged with failure to appear.

I throw up the white flag. We will have to surrender our annual Off Season Champs title. We will finish 9-15 in recruiting, lost 5 coaches, and maybe JWJ kicked off the team for this latest arrest. Who knows 
but Im ready for 2014 to get here because this year is already starting off on a bad note for the Noles. Who should be offseason champs this year? Auburn is making a strong case. We all know they wont do dick next year.justinboze ●
