  • Apples to oranges.

The correct answer is CJ Moseley>Manti Te'o.

  • NFL...Jones will be drafted higher. For college, rather have T'eo, not only for talent but also for the effect he has had on the whole team. He's doing what a great QB normally does for a team in terms of expectations and motivation. Ray Lewis-esque.

Haven't watched Mosely closely enough to say he isn't better than Te'o, but I have a hard time believing it.

You won't have any trouble believing it when Moseley gets drafted higher than Te'o.

Mosley is a fvcking beast. I still remember when JJ bent him sideways in the MNC last year, pretty nasty injury. Glad to see he bounced back well.

  • Is Teo a ILB?

    MarylandDawg

  • Jarvis is better than Teo IMO, but they play slightly different roles so its tough to compare.

As for Mosley, I did a side by side stat comparison with him and Teo on BOL this week, and they're basically the same with Teo having probably played a full 3 quarters more than Mosley. Teo had more total tackles, same amount of solo tackles, and more interceptions. Mosley had more sacks, a TD, etc. but all the stats were close. One can make up their own mind.

How many games has Teo taken over the game this year?

I mean...he's got 7 turnovers from the MLB position. Pretty solid.

One way to determine who is the best is by seeing how much better the guy is than an "average" player at his position. I don't think you can make any bigger impact on a game from Manti's spot than he does.

Obviosly, I have a bias the same way Dutch does for Jarvis and BLF, Vegas Tide, and all the other Bama guys do for Moseley...All three are really effin good but T'eo would be my first pick in a draft for making a team, including offense.

I haven't watched every ND game, was just wondering

I can think of two games this year.that Jarvis pretty much won the game for UGA because.of sacks/FF/INT

  • Teo's more well rounded, doesn't disappear in games, and is a leader who makes his teammates better.

  • Agree, I cannot stand that buttlicker in South Bend.

  • I like T'eo, but think Jones could be better at the next level.

T'eo is better now though. Take him away from ND and one of the best defenses in college football becomes just above average. UGA's defense is average with or without Jones, IMO.

  • two completely different positions. you cant compare the two. thats like making me compare a Safety to a Corner. somewhat similar positions buts different responsibilities and skills needed.

jones will make more money in the NFL because passrushers get paid more. both will be excellent players in the league and probably probowlers

  • Jones is more one dimensional than Teo or Mosley. Don't think Jones is as athletic as Vonn miller off the edge.... I would take teo or Mosley before Jones. JMO

  • I prefer Teo from what I have seen, but to be fair havent watched Jones all that much.

    wvruger71

  • I'll not say who I think is better because I haven't watched a ton of MT and obviously I'd be a homer. But I can say that last weeks game against FL was possibly the best defensive performance I've ever seen
