Actually Bud Adams (owner) won't spend money and the GM was forced to start getting rid of their high priced players to save money. Do some home work before you post. When Floyd Reese was the GM, the Titans consistently drafted very well and signed solid FAs.

How about you not be so sensitive Cindy. Fisher sucks. He led the team downward and everyone knows it. The guy is an arrogant POS that thinks he's so good that he should have complete control of all football operations. He isn't nearly that good, except in his own little mind. He wants to act like he's Parcells or Belicheat, when he's actually on the level of an equipment manager or something.

Thanks for proving you know nothing about the NFL. I'm not even a Titans fan, but I guess you haven't watched many NFL games over the last few years. The difference between the Rams last year and this year is night and day.
Edit: you must not know much about NFL coaches. Coughlin, Belichick, Fisher, Parcells, Jim Harbaugh, and Sean Payton are all arrogant as hell. I've met them all and the only coaches that were easy going and cool were Gruden, John Harbaugh, and Cower.
