For now. Ya he's own the site but I'm not sure for how much longer Rivals/Yahoo will be associated with them. And who else in their right mind would do business with him in the future. And if he's only a part owner then he could be pressured to sell his share in order to retain the contract with Rivals.
But that probably won't happen. Realistically he probably won't be allowed to post on his own site. For how long who knows, but hopefully forever. He's already showed he can't be trusted. He gives out members personal information when he wants to, fabricates stories, and is vulgar to his own customers. He would be unhireable at a traditional brick and mortar newspaper. He's a pathetic blogger that somehow found an audience that thought his antics were funny.

When anyone is constantly flaming on a message board, they don't deserve respect. A troll is a troll. Why put someone on a pedestal if they're making idiotic, instigating posts? That goes for anyone, whatever their occupation may be.
