  • I totally understand the issue that some have with Jimbo being the one to speak out on it... and he probably should have never said where he ranked or would rank FSU... bottom line is this no one cares for the BCS and the computers, well maybe not everyone but the majority do...

    We were #3 before we lost to nc state and we haven't done anything to justify jumping Oregon who was #2

    Obviously strenght of schedule has to be accounted for, but so does how well a team plays week in week out

    Uf has now struggled with two non bcs schools and their offense has looked like shit in most of there games, but all the computers see is the win... that should not be the only thing that matters

    Having the toughest schedule in the entire country by a large margin, going 3-1 against BCS top 10 teams should matter and when it comes down to it, the only thing that should matter is who you beat and how many wins you have, not style in which you do it.

    Once we play FSU, we will have gone up against 5 schools ranked in the top 10 of the BCS. With how bad our offense is, you can't honestly say that is not impressive. We aren't blowing out teams like Oregon, but we are beating some of the best teams in the country and the computeres rightfully see that.

    Matt Elam was putting LSU players to sleep on the reg. He would straight up comatose Wilder. Wilder would shit his pants and quit football the second Elam lays the smacketh down on him.

    You can't be serious, why cause he made a sleeping gesture with his hands ? I have seen maybe one solid hit from Elam all year

    Dude is just talker, and not much more

    and Evans flat out sucks

    Tyler Hunter is a first year player, doesn't even start.... and has made just as many plays as Elam has

    Hunter = 3 star

    Elam = 5 star

    Also there is no way you actually believe a 6'2" 230 pounder is gonna get bitched by a 5'9" 200 pound safety, Wilder was even a higher rated defensive prospect than Elam lol

    Three good wins, but computers don't see how those games were won just like computers can't see gow uf beat ULL... All they see is a W and that doesn't paint the whole picture

    The fact that records mean everything when most teams don't play anybody is reason #235 as to why College Football stinks in terms of figuring out a true champion

    LSU came down to the wire with Bama and beat Texas A&M

    Texas A&M beat Bama, the first team not named LSU to do that in almost 3 years

    Talent for the most part

    Oklahoma and Stanford are solid, but not as good imo

    Like you are saying with Jimbo, which is the eye test.... my eyes tell me LSU and USCe are better than those teams

    UGA and Texas A&M too, I think most eyes would see this

    I don't agree that FSU should be so low either, being behind 5 loss teams in the computers is just wrong

    I think FSU is better than most teams out there and capable of playing with anybody, but they blew it and I know how this system is so its not gonna bother me anymore, FSU isn't a true national title contender to me... just a rebuilding program that is nearly rebuilt

    2013 will be a lot more fun than this year, especially if certain players return
