Jimbo adds another excellent recruiter, Brewster to FSU

Its not done yet, but if FSU can add Brewster I think FSU recruiting will finally settle down. Losing Gran, Coley, and Craig has hurt no doubt ( Napier wasnt there long enough, but will be great for Bama). I think our recruiting will begin to start shaping up nicely. Also we have the budget to hire Lockette in a non coaching recruiting only position (maybe another?)

It didn't hurt nearly as bad as it would have at most schools
FSU has lost 8 coaches in 3 months, and still closed strong for last class, and has plenty of time to regroup for this one
And so long as Miami keeps recruiting against itself by cheating and sucking total anus on the field
We will be just fine, UF will always be a problem but I don't want things to be too easy

Dont be a dick I rarely post things like this. While Im not impressed with Jimbos play calling duties on game day I am impressed with the way he has been able to build staffs made up of talented recruiters.

We could have Trickett lose the starting job and transfer making his dad retire after this season?
I feel horrible saying it but Trickett lacks the genetics to play in the NFL. He has a father who is a great coach and he has been a good leader, hopefully he saves his brain from concussions and becomes a GA for FSU.

agreed its one of the greatest mysteries to me in all of recruiting. You would think some of these Top highschool lineman would want to come in and try to start as a frosh/sophomore. I feel like we will have a decent haul this year, but it also wouldnt shock me if we didnt. We have to break the trend eventually.

True, It's Trickett. That's the only reason I can come up with. Jimbo should get rid of the guy imo and go after the UCF oline coach.

I am trying to find it but Chip Brown once reported that Mack Brown called him one of the the best recruiters he'd ever had. Hear he's a real dick though.
