No they just stick with the ole' academic problems or character concerns. Like they pulled offers to Pittman, Schutt, Diggs, and a host of others. No recruit has ever turned down Michigan University, the ones who go elsewhere have academic problems or poor character. I continue to be amazed that there are 25 kids nationally who pass the academic and character standards for their Ivy League school. Funny also how kids who commit to MU with questionable character, Ringer for instance, somehow get a pass.

Bill Greene was the one who reported Pittman's commitment was turned down. That's a Buckeye in case you didn't realize.
Schutt are you really trying to deny that?
That guy was begging for anyone to take him.
Diggs offer might have been pulled, probably because we had zero shot with the kid.

Did you ever notice that we did exactly 0 in home or school visits to Diamond since his visit??? And he is visiting all these schools clearly looking for a handout but if doesnt get one (and he shouldnt since he aint a instant difference maker) he will most likely choose you guys. "

It is what it is. Every fanbase exhibits sour grapes, but the OSU fans on Diamond really take the cake- when he visited the word from every Buckeye board I saw was that Diamond loved it, he's a lock, better than Kalis, etc. Now he's a guard prospect who Urban did not have room for and who may or may not be looking for a handout. Its ok- even Urban Meyer loses out on a recruit once in a while.

Is there another logical reason to drop a highly rated kid at a position of desperate need?
Oh wait, I just learned Diamond wants to get paid. That ties up all the loose ends. What will be the excuse when Dodson and Reeves tell Meyer "thanks, but no thanks".

Listen, I will educate you folks. Posey received additional money because the positon dictated by union bylaws he was to be paid the amount he was paid. If he wasn't paid then that company could have litigation issues from the union. Have a nice day.

Then why on earth would they agree to work with each other?
If Posey knew the services he would be paid for would be an NCAA violation why would he take the job?
Why would the company hire a guy that they knew would be breaking laws if he accepted? Or hire a guy who could cayse litigation issues as you say?

He could have worked there and not been a member of the union. It's very uncommon for these things to happen, but it does happen. When I graduated High school I went to work for my dad. Every one but me was in the union (I wasn't because I was only working there for a few months till I joined the Army), everyone else started out at about 17 an hour, I started out at 10.
