Apparently she already has.....her job had to pay considerably more than his. (An assistant on the swimming team? His duties were bringing towels and doing filing.)
Plus she got that nice 20G payoff for whatever skills she has. I hope someone takes the time to interview Morgan if he ever wants to tell his tale.

I seriously doubt that they can claim sexual harrassment, since she got the job BECAUSE she was sleeping with Petrino. Now if she could only keep her job by servicing the scumball, then she might have a case, but she only has been on the job for two weeks.
I bet Arkansas pays her off to keep her mouth shut...although they really shouldnt. They should let her speak about all this, since its entirely on her and Petrino.
