You're right on Mingo being best in a 3-4 IMO. It's funny because when you see him not standing next to other football players you see his body and figure he's a WR. Obviously he's awesome but he just doesn't look thick enough to be playing with his hand down.

Yeah I don't see all of them coming back.. Especially Montgomey but Simon needs another year and Minter could use another year. Not because he's not ready, but the LBer class is insane this year. Jarvis Jones, CJ Mosely, Manti Te'o.. He could be the top LBer next season.
Mingo is the interesting one. I think he needs another year but he's so physically gifted, he'll be drafted on his measurable alone. Dude can be the one player that has the skill set to cover these incredibly gifted TE's. He's 6'5'', 240 with a legit 4'5'', he needs to play in a 3-4 to maximize his game though.
Montgomery is as good as gone in my opinion, despite his tweets of him sounding like he wants to come back
