You seriously haven't seen it?
If not I highly recommend it along with most shows on FX. Kind of a hick gangster show with Timothy Olyphant as a Ranger that shoots first and asks questions later. Based in Kentucky. I think this is the fourth season so it's hard to explain past that point. It's a lot better than I just made it sound though. Lots of drinking, drugs, violence and sex involved.
Maybe I should have started with that last sentence first.

Never watched it but DVR'd just in case
Jump in on season IV or go back and start with 1?
Also I'm set to record the Americans on FX which starts later this month

It's the type of show that you could probably just jump in on. I would recommend going back but the backstory will take care of itself. It's really not that complicated.

Its on my to watch list but need to start season one and still need to finish Sons of Anarchy and been meaning to start Breaking Bad also.

Justified is cheesy just like Burn Notice is, but very enjoyable
