Bojangles is easily better than both.
KFC is better than Church's in terms of chicken, but the biscuits with honey at Church's are amazing.

It's just bisquick, garlic, cheese (parm or cheddar, I use parm), milk, and butter. When nearly done you brush them with melted butter, garlic, and parm. Simple and everyone loves them. Tessa stole like six the last time I made some.
And Bojangles over any other fast food chicken, that dirty rice will make you want to smack your mother.

Popeyes.
And to the folks saying the best chicken is made in a cast iron skillet you would be wrong. Best is made at home but in a cast iron pot with a lid. Gotta seal in that grease. That's how my Duga did it and I know you ain't tryin to cross my Duga.
