Update on the wheatberry stir-fry: added shredded carrots, water chestnuts, sugar snap peas that I picked last weekend, broccoli, and an egg. Topped with some soy sauce. Obviously not as good as legitimate stir-fry, but it actually isn't too bad. Plus it made a ton, so I have dinner for tomorrow and probably Monday.
