I think with it being backloaded it just means USC needs to win and his stats don't matter as much. Klein is definitely in the driver's seat, but he's a type of guy that will drop if K St loses quickly, IMO.
Hell, if everyone loses and Bama wins out AJ could slide in with an outside chance, especially if he has a couple of more big games like yesterday.

Numbers still matter though. My guess is that Barkley would need around 45 touchdowns in order to have a shot at winning it. Early frontrunners almost never win it now. I'm ok with it. I would rather have the wins.

Injuries though. RGIII is a pretty small QB with a not so great OL.

I would say Palmer made it. He was on his way to a great career before the injury. He was probably the 3rd or 4th best QB in the game, IMO.
