I understand where USC fans are coming from, but our defense was atrocious this year and it didn't really have a whole lot to do with William.

And I'm afraid this may be true. But, I'll reserve judgement until I see who he hires, and if gets rid of some dead wight on the staff.
I'll be pretty irritated if he promotes from within to fill the vacancy.

There were some rumblings he was already out due to philosophy differences with Morris, but I doubt it will happen. Maybe Clemson can elaborate.

Without Chad Morris' fast paced offense, I'm not sure we would have won 5 games this year.

No idea. I don't think it will have a huge impact though. I don't think KS is the great recruiter like everyone thinks he is. Dan Brooks and Charlie Harbison are responsible for a lot of our recruits on defense.

So when does Morris go all Wade Aikman on Dabo and take his job?
I'm thinking Dabo goes on vacation or something and comes back and Morris is in his office with the boosters, then Dabo vandalizes some property in the West Zone.
