Big 10 or SEC or his best options IMO. So, that leaves Ole Miss, PSU, and Illinois at this point and time. Maybe even A&M if we can Sherman.
Of all of those PSU is the most appealing. Except for following a legend/exile.

Arky fields good teams, but never elite. If Smart is what many are saying he is then he's a difference maker and can turn around a program.
Bama and LSU have obviously stayed high for a prolonged period of time.
