What year he is has no relevance. He is a redshirt freshman. He was on campus last year, practiced and traveled with the team last year. He played spring ball and is now in his second season with the team. Also, freshman eligibility did not even start until the 1972 season.

Well since I wrote "Total O" I was meaning total offense. Florence has 4652 and Manziel has 4600. Klein is all the way back in 30th place with 3380 yards. Jordan Lynch has more but it is with 13 games.

Against the weaker 6 teams
Manziel - 31 TD's/ 2 Int

So Mariota has a +3 ppg higher average than Manziel against top 6 while Manziel accounted for 37.5% of his team's ppg against Top 6 (Mariota at 33.5%).

Manziel is more dynamic though. Close to 90% of Florence's TYPG is passing.
