that's one of the things i hate about the job
we answer for Make-a-Wish, though, and so when i get to help in my small way for a wish to be put back on track (like they miss a flight or run into a problem, i contact the on call, and usually late at night it is quite an ordeal) i love it.
we answer for several accounts for pediatrics, like cancer kids, and others.. i bust my ass to make sure those calls get all the attention they need, so that is very rewarding...
i love kids, and i do my best to help them out a ton when i can

we had this group of kids from out of state prank calling make-a-wish. i told them, look, fellas, i don't mind prank calls, but don't do it to make-a-wish, because it costs them money, and costing something like that money was as low as one could get... they kept it up.
i told them, look, don't do it again, or you will regret it, i promise.
they did.
so, i trapped their number on caller id, then called it with my number blocked. on his vm it said his first name.
i promptly created a few bullshit email accounts, then put up bi-curious ads on craigsist, adult freindfinder, all of those, with his phone number. judging by the amount of emails that hit that fake account, i would say he prolly changed his number
