all he had to do. ALL HE HAD TO DO. Was stay on a roster for 3-5 years, keep his mouth shut and he was going to make 500+K a year in league front offices as a GM, Director, etc.
Now he'll make 100K a year on ESPN if he is LUCKY.

Hey maybe he figured he would take the fast money.....don't million dollar pro athletes usually settle lawsuits when they are guilty of beating the stuffing out of someone? Somebody might teach him how to keep his opinions to himself. Michael Strayhand can get away with that kind of lip, GM.......meh, not so much.

Any player that misses an entire season because of a thumb injury probably shouldn't be saying much in the first place.

Yeah, the backlash seems to be getting bigger. He really shot himself in the foot on this one. Not sure how he can be respected or trusted by alot of teammates going forward. But he's a really smart kid and will land in a front office somewhere.I would be willing to bet that there are alot of players on that team that agree with him. It'll be interesting to see if anyone comes to his defense.
