I don't know much about McCoy, but I think there's a reason he's very highly regarded as the best coordinator name out there for HC positions. I think "Peyton calling the plays" is a very simplistic way of looking at it. He may or may not succeed, but I'd guess NFL teams know that Peyton runs the offense.
