LSU still thinks they're the better team.

  • LSU played their A+ game at home.
Alabama played their B- game on the road and won

    Better? L.O.L

  • To be fair we did the same exact thing last year. The difference is they won't have the chance to back it up

  • They definitely brought their A game. They also had every advantage you could possibly want in a game of this magnitude. They got the night game at home with an extra week to prepare and the revenge factor on their side. Still wasn't good enough.

This, Bama fans. Listen to ine of your own. You got outplayed just like we did last year. Unfortunately, we won't get a mulligan like y'all did.

Is this what you said about the November game last year? Probably not bc you only see things through your crimson glasses.

I would say we go out played for 28 minutes of the second half. We were up at the half.

Regardless I'm sure that will be a game that will go down in the books.

Agree it was a great one. It's arguable regarding the extent that LSU outplayed Bama. It could just as easily be argued that Miles' fake FG followed by the 54-yard att played a major role in the halftime lead. We were winning every stat battle...except the one that matters (blah). Anyway, great game and surprised polls thought that there are 7 teams between us and Bama...weird based in the football I saw yesterday.

I hate it when teams drop after a loss. Only team I would have above LSU would be Oregon.

I've got no problem with that. But the other 6 teams the polls put ahead of us (i.e. teams not Bama or Oregon)...did they watch ND, KSU lose their team, err, QB, UF yesterday?

This,,,, LSU had a very good chance to get a " mulligan " but they sh*t the bed against UF.

You don't normally get 2 chances.... But wait... Someone did a few years back didn't they?
    Even after losing to UK???

LSU fans have no room to talk.

If you are equating (1) a 2-loss team to (2) a team that gets a 2nd shot at the team they lost to at home after losing their division and not playing for the conference championship...then responding to your idiocy is a waste of time.

"idiocy". Clearly your ignorance knows no bounds...
But hey,,,don't go away mad ,,, just go away..

    Shoulda handled your business..

But if you fail to see the comparison then it is best you don't respond.

Don't listen to some of our fans. It was an eerily similar outcome to last year as mentioned above. Sometimes the team that plays the best doesn't always win. You guys dominated us. I'm still not sure how our defense managed to get a couple big stops late given that you guys had the ball for almost 40 minutes. I don't think I have seen that happen to us in a long long time. But it was a hell of a game and I don't expect anything less when our teams lock up.

I'd say they dominated the 2nd half, but there were opportunities to stick it to them in the first half and we didn't. If AJ hits the bomb to Amari ... if, after going right down the field for a 90-plus yard TD drive and then forcing a 3 & out, we don't fumble a punt return ... if, leading 14-10 and going in we don't fumble inside the 10 ... so, I know LSU FEELS like they dominated the game, but they really didn't.

They did, however, do more than enough to win it. But they didn't. We made just enough plays in the 2nd half to win, obviously.

I didn't downvote you... Don't use that function.
I enjoy a good debate. You can only resort to name calling.
