LSU still thinks they're the better team.

  • The sad part about all this is that if Bama would have lost last night all we would have heard from today is how Alabama outplayed LSU last night and that LSU just got lucky like last year.

    You Bama fans are purely classless. Learn how to win and lose with class like your football team. I can't imagine how embarrassing it must be for the Alabama football team and coaches to know they have fans that act like the majority of yall do.

  • I think LSU players don't realize that Bama committing two unforced fumbles in a single season, much less a single game, is WAYYYYYY out of character and an incredible break for the Tigers.

    I thought LSU's Oline dominated, but so did ours. And LSU only managed 3 ypc on the ground.

    Um. No. Bama played their regular like they do everyone else but they were finally matched with talent and got their ass kicked up and down the field? This was the same Bama team I have seen play all year. They just got hit in the mouth and didn't respond until a minute was left in the game.

    I have seriously never seen more whining from fans that won a game. What nobody is kneeling down at your feet theis week and yall can't handle it? Truth hurts brah. We lost I admit it. Why can't you admit the better team didn't win? Most of you said that after 11/5 last year but not this year? Hypocrites!

    I just don't get why both sides get into pissing matches about who is better when it's splitting hairs. In 09 Bama by 9, 10 was LSU by 3, 11 was LSU by 3, and last night it was Bama by 4. If that isn't the most competitive rivalry in CFB, especially when you factor in what's at stake, then I don't know what is. I get sitting around on the homeboard what-IF-ing, but to each other say good luck and move on because it very well could have been the other way. Just one guy's opinion though.

    LSU was definitely the better team last nite but at the end if the day the W-L record doesn't have an asterisk that says the better team lost. I said the same thing last year after Bama lost.

    LSU fans throw poop filled diapers at opposing fans. Each one of your fans is swamp trash and anyone that's ever been to Death Valley and won knows it. LSU fans are ok if the opposing fan add is walking out as losers. Not the case when someone comes in an stuffs it in their sphincter.

    I realize this thread is the result of your insecurity for having narrowly escaped after getting manhandled by the only decent team you've played to this point, but how can you be sure LSU played its A+ game and Alabama played its B- game?

    With its A+ game, LSU recovers the onside kick legally, doesn't call the stupid fake field goal, and doesn't miss another field goal. They also don't play prevent on the final drive.

    What makes you believe they played the absolute best they could while your team phoned it in? Because they had their way with you and left 6-9 points on the field?

    You obviously played your best game in the first half. Which is why the game was a bloodbath statistically but was lost by stupid coaching decisions such as forsaking to attempt two chip-shot field goals.

    The Alabama offense is still the same one-dimensional attack that is inept without excellent play from elite RBs. Had the onside kick not bounced back into the kicker, I fear your front seven might have died.

    I respect LSU and they are probably the 2nd best team in the nation, but lets get some things straight.

    For at least the 2nd year in a row y'all got 2 weeks to prepare, that makes a HUGE difference.

    That was NOT the same Bama team that has played the.whole year. We weren't gonna beat y'all 35-10 like i could've hoped for. AJ literally played the worst game of his life and we still won.

    Mett played the game of his life and smart money would say he never plays that good again, ala Stephen Garcia SCAR 2010.

    Like I said LSU is really good but aside from some bad play calls everything went y'alls way and you couldn't win.
