Yep, 10 yrs ago when he was coaching my Bucs Defense to the Super Bowl .. But USC dont have Warren Sapp, Derrick Brooks, Ronde Barber, John Lynch & Co.

Lets look at the definition of overrated:
o·ver·rate (vr-rt)
tr.v. o·ver·rat·ed, o·ver·rat·ing, o·ver·rates
To overestimate the merits of; rate too highly.
The guy hasn't done jack to warrant jobs at Oakland, Tennessee or USC. Regardless of roster spots, USC has more hands down talent than anybody and yet they have 3 losses. The only human beings on planet earth that will defend Lane are USC fans and that's a telling sign. The guy sucks mega ball sack and is the scum of all scum bag coaches.

One of the things I dislike about this team, and somewhat with the last few recruiting classes. We are too much of a finesse team. We collect wide receivers who will never see the field instead of accumulating more big uglies. We also have too many guys change positions.
This team lacks continuity.
