Lets look at the definition of overrated:

The guy hasn't done jack to warrant jobs at Oakland, Tennessee or USC. Regardless of roster spots, USC has more hands down talent than anybody and yet they have 3 losses. The only human beings on planet earth that will defend Lane are USC fans and that's a telling sign. The guy sucks mega ball sack and is the scum of all scum bag coaches.

Talent all over at skill positions yes, talent on the DL an OL but its undeveloped right now.

You didnt mention college coaches. You just said old coaches that stick around too long
