As I said in the other thread one of the main reasons, we liked him was because we could troll you guys.
That was the only reason we took Gareon Conley's commitment.
After we were bored of the troll, we gave him back to you guys.

I agree OSU doesn't own TSUN as a recruiting territory. Close to home is ALWAYS a big advantage. Then again, TSUN only produces a handful of talent worthy of a top D1 program schollie in any given year anyway. So it's not really an area OSU would want to spend a lot of resources "locking down."
We'll just ride with Urb's "best in the nation" strategy. If a couple of those happen to be from TSUN, then so be it.
BTW, if anyone is thinking this a victory by Hoke over Meyer, their insane. Us OSU fans will be more than happy to take our chances any/every time Urb goes toe-to-toe with Hoke. I like our odds.

Then again, we've got a great DE roster already and plenty of time to either get him back or someone as good or better. So, I'd say, not better off, but certainly not hurt by the decommitment.
