Liner to Bama

  • All I know is that he is a pretty good DeeLiner.

Seriously though, that name is too good. I know mine was a terrible pun, but someone should be able to come up some good ones over the years.

Since Liner is now leaning towards Bama and will likely commit, he is no longer a thug. Things change.

It was never about that. The whole situation was about Auburn loosing control of their program and their players getting into trouble every time they turned around. It got so bad Chizik hired security guards to watch the players apartments/dorms to make sure they didnt leave aftter curfew. I take it the players didnt like this either considering how they played this year.

It was never about Dee's problems as much as what it said about auburn and their problems. Dee at Alabama is a low risk situation for us. Our team persona and chemistry is set in stone. Theres zero room for trouble makers. He will fit in or be gone shortly. Hell at Bama apparently you get kicked off the team for lighting fire crackers in the dorms....or at least get put in the dog house thats almost impossible to get out of. At Auburn he was a high risk under the old administration and Trooper. The inmates ran the asylum. Not a good place for a kid on the fence. Auburn people cant deny they didnt have a problem. And when you have that kind of problem you look for answers to why you have it. Recruiting people with arrest records is one obvious reason. Thats where all the noise was coming from, especially from Bama fans.

Alabama doesnt have that same problem. We dont have people getting arrested for home invasions and the countless other arrests and incidents that oocured around the auburn program over the last 3 years. And please dont bring up crap that happened in 2007 at Bama. And Auburn people cant deny it. Its all over your message boards that yall needed to clean house and restore respect and a sense of order to the program. Getting rid of Trooper was the best thing yall could have ever done.

My stance on Dee in the past is easy to find btw. Just check my previous posts. Posts made when he was an auburn lock

So aubarn had no discipline problems and no one was ever arrested or got in trouble? If the inmates didnt run the asylum why did Chizik hire secuirty guards to watch the players? I know you dont want to admit that your program is a cess pool atm but good lord get real. You people really are delusional.

Apparently everyone does. Thats why every college AD wants him and hes rumored for every NFL job that opens. I cant help it your schools AD cant pull in a decent coach. Not my fault.

That was old Liner. This is new Liner.

People change, right? I mean, the old D. Craig used to believe that African-Americans were 2nd class citizens in Auburn and that no black high school athlete should even consider playing at Auburn. I'm sure Auburn people believe that D. Craig has "changed" his views on that one.

This. He suffered from the Auburn downgrade, so it will be nice to see him get his Bama bump.

I have never seen any Auburn fans on this board make any derogatory comments about Dameyune. Dont know what Auburn fans on other boards have said about him. bammers have called a Liner a thug on this very board. Of course, I am sure that will change if he winds up in Tuscaloser

It's more of a "How do you not know the difference between loosing and losing?" kind of wow.

Just was behind some people and wasn't quite as good as his ranking was IMO. He had issues with the playbooks and injuries. Hope he does great at ASU. He just wanted to be closer to his family going through all of it.
