AJ Richardson is sitting out this week with a bruised knee. The Cal commit says that he will visit duke, Boise, Nevada and Cal in January.

Sounds fairly shaky right now in his commitment.

Out here at East practice- Notre Dame OT commit Mike McGlinchey passing the eyeball test.

East just went through an extensive warm up with a Marine Corps drill sgt. Responded pretty well.

Just watched station drills on defense for the East...

-The length of Bama commit Anthony Averett, Notre Dame commit Devin Butler and Oklahoma commit Ahmad Thomas stands out among the DBs.

-At linebacker, Virginia commit Michah Kiser is extremely technically sound and looks explosive. West Virginia commit Howard looks like he's on his way to DT.

-Bama commit Darius Paige is impressive at DT. Michigan commit Maurice Hurst is undersized but quick.

Sean Harlow is the best looking OL as far as size, limited body fat, etc. doesn't have the longest wingspan tho.

Kenny lacy on the other hand. Really athletic Lower body and huge wing span. Good physical upside for him.

Cole luke is very fluid in DB drills. Love him at cb

Also in DB drills LJ Moore has outstanding size athletic combination.

Rutgers commit Nadir Barnwell also.

Notre Dame commit Devin Butler impresses with how fluid he moves.

LB group looks good out here on the west but man Naashon Hughes looks different. Really really good. Best body of the group. Can flip his hips with ease and then get back downhill effortlessly.

They've started WR vs. DB drills and Notre Dane commit Devin Butler looks very impressive. Quickness, recovery speed, hips, feet.

He's on the West.

Barnwell was seemingly beat, then recovered and broke up the pass.

Purdue commit Austin Logan is definitely a strong or in the box safety.

9 on 7 run game drills...

McGlinchey just got the best of Tashawn Bower big time. He's stronger than he looks.

South Carolina commit D.J. Park is lining up at left guard and that may be what the 320 pounder is. Quite a tandem with McGlichey.

Very good East OL play. Got the best of the DL in this drill.

On Austin Logan, he's hurt so that may be why he looks a step slow.

On more note- Malik Zaire is talking to the Marines here and talking about doing their PT regimine and IMO he and Devin Butler are showing the most leadership on either side of the ball.

Alex Collins looks like a leaner, faster Todd Gurley in uniform.

Really like Braydon Kearsley on the OL. Good interior guy that just gets the job done.

Nice play by Elijah Qualls to bounce a zone play and then Kieshawn Bierria made the play on the edge.

Does McGlinchey have the feet to play LT, IYO? Great group of guys that are committed to ND. With Butler, Smith, and Deebs leadership qualities I think our D is in good hands over the next 4 years.
