I don't think he's under ranked. He's been the most consistent out here but he's undersized and doesn't have a huge arm. And he's not competing against 5star type QBs either

AJ Jackson is a huge target. Great safety net. Not a consistent pass catcher though.
Nice jam by Cunningham on Jackson in the red zone. Jackson ends up making Thr catch anyway.
