Most realistic Michigan fans knew the guy wasn't ready to compete play as a freshman.
Fact remains kid is a hell of a leader, has a hell of an arm, and has pretty good feet. Hopefully with some coaching Shane can take advantage of those elite physical tools. I trust Borges.

They're at different games, would be tough to compare what they've seen the past few games in non-game situations to what they've seen of Browne previously. They have Browne ranked higher at this point, so the aggregate 247 reporter would say he's just slightly ahead of Hack.

To me Shane Morris and Gunner Kiel are similar in being overranked as 5*'s coming out of HS. I think they are both damn good prospects and 4* Top 247 talents but neither were/are deserving of a 5* ranking coming out of HS.

Except Gunner Kiel is a head case who couldn't decide where he wanted to go, even after enrolling at a school. Shane Morris has a crazy work ethic and is completely committed to playing for Michigan, no matter what he has to do.

I just think it's funny how one site sees Shane Morris as the top QB on the east and one site thinks he's been disappointing. Also, the coaches are clearly impressed as he's been with the 1st team all along (at least on TV)

Agree as I don't see either as 5 star guys. Morris reminds me of a left-handed Mark Sanchez as his accuracy is erratic IMO.
Tell people what they want to hear, they will like you. Tell them the actual truth...they may not.
